We are seeking a passionate, inclusive, organised and methodical project officer to develop strong relationships across the community and Council to develop and deliver the sport and recreation capital works program and activation strategy in the municipality.

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven ability to contribute to the development and implementation of sport and recreation infrastructure projects. You understand and can manage diverse and competing stakeholder needs and you provide innovative solutions to deliver community focused outcomes. Engaging with your community and developing and delivering activation initiatives of sport and recreation infrastructure is what you do.

Ideally, you will have relevant and diverse experience in a similar role in Local Government or the broader sector with a transferable skill set to meet the needs of this position.
