Rec Education provides professional development opportunities for local government employees in sport, recreation or leisure roles.
Each course requires a 1.5 hour commitment per week over a 4 week period, delivered online via Zoom meetings.
The small group setting is designed for new employees into local government or those with experience in the sector seeking change. Those with experience in the wider sport and recreation sector wishing to transition into a similar role within local government are also encouraged to participate.
Our online courses are delivered by industry professionals with extensive local government experience.
The courses are aimed at not only improving knowledge but fast-tracking networking opportunities with other employees in local government as well as industry partners.
