Rec Recruit List is a more comprehensive service than Boost but still budget friendly. It includes all the advantages from the Boost service but at the end of the process you receive a list of suitable candidates that have applied with recommendations on which ones to follow up.
Lite
We know from experience how time-poor councils can be so this service is designed to take all that up-front time-intensive recruitment work away – we’ll take care of that for you. We’ll screen the applicants, assess them against the Key Selection Criteria and provide a short-list of candidates to be for your organisation to follow up with an interview.
Full
Rec Recruit Full is our premium service. We’ll take care of your recruitment from beginning to end. You’ll get a dedicated Rec Recruit Consultant who will provide the following services:
• All the services offered in the Rec Recruit Lite package
• Coordination and interviewing of short-listed candidates (in partnership with the management panel)
• Background/reference checks
• Offer negotiations between the client and the candidate if required
• Provide announcement information for the management panel to distribute if required.
